As it is our ultimate goal to provide as safe and minimally stressful of an experience to all dogs in our care it is imperative that our guests arrive/depart at their appointment time.

No daycare on day of major holidays.

Dogs are evaluated for personality and play style to be matched with compatible playmates in groups of 2-4. Dogs are housed in individual kennels during breaks.

Nail trim: $20

De-Shedding Treatment: $45

Payments: All payments must be completed prior to pick up. 15%/day fee applied to late payments.

Last minute bookings: Reservations made within 48 hours of the scheduled start date are non-refundable and must be paid in full at the time of booking.

Reservation changes: Changes must be made at least 48 hours prior to the scheduled start date. Changes made within 48 hours of the scheduled start date and during your dog's stay are charged at daily/holiday rate +$25/day added. Subtracted days are non-refundable/transferable.

CANCELLATIONS: All NON-HOLIDAY bookings cancelled within 48hrs of the scheduled start date are non-refundable and must be paid in full.

HOLIDAY CANCELLATIONS: All holiday bookings are final. Bookings cancelled >72hrs prior to the drop off appointment are responsible for 50% of the cost of their stay. Cancellations within 72hrs of the scheduled drop off appointment are responsible for 100% of the cost of their stay.
